Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring with departmental managers.
• Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Administers compensation, benefits, and leave; handles disciplinary matters.
• Addresses employment inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Attends disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Keeps knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, and training needs.
• Occasional travel to branch offices.
