Job summary

MFA Oil Company seeks a Talent and Employee Experience Director to lead HR functions including recruiting, learning and development, employee relations, and leave management. You will partner with business leaders to deliver an employee experience that aligns with our culture and strengthens organizational effectiveness.

This role leads HR teams, shapes scalable programs, monitors compliance, and provides managers with clear guidance, responsive service, and robust support across the employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience with leadership.
• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, L&D, and leave management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Strong communication, judgment, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions and teams across recruiting, learning, employee relations, and leave management.
• Develop scalable HR programs aligned with company culture.
• Provide guidance to managers; advise on performance and disciplinary issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
