Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating background checks, ensuring compliance with employment laws, handling employee inquiries, and supporting training and development. Occasional travel to branch offices is required, and discretion is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• At least three years HR generalist experience preferred.
• Experience with recruitment, benefits, and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring for open positions.
• Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Administers compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
• Enforces company policies and practices; handles inquiries from staff.
• Participates in disciplinary processes and investigations.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintains knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
• Occasional travel to branch offices is required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
