Job summary

Ent seeks a People Operations Generalist to lead onboarding, documentation, and program infrastructure across the US, UK, and Canada. You will own HR processes, support policies, and maintain HRIS systems while ensuring a high standard of employee experience.

You will partner across HR and leadership to scale operations, manage benefits, and drive continuous improvement, with a distributed workplace model and equity incentives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or employee programs.
• Ownership of operational HR workflows (leave of absence, accommodations, onboarding, offboarding).
• Working knowledge of HR systems (HiBob, SequoiaOS, Checkr, Carta).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple programs and stakeholders.
• Service-minded with discretion and confidentiality.
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding end-to-end, including pre-boarding logistics and 90-day ramps.
• Run offboarding, including exit interviews and turning insights into actions for leadership.
• Support HRIS (HiBob) as system administrator, including data integrity and reporting.
• Support global benefits and perks across US, UK, Canada, including open enrollment and vendor relationships.
• Maintain compliance across three countries, including I-9 verifications and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Build and champion People policies and processes to scale the team.
