Job summary

Tribe AI is hiring a People Operations Generalist to own onboarding, offboarding, and HR systems support as the company scales. You will manage the Rippling HRIS, benefits administration, and multi-country work authorization while building AI-native processes to simplify daily work.

You will collaborate across teams to implement performance reviews, leveling, recognition, and people programs for a growing workforce, including US, Portugal, and Canada employment scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people operations or HR operations.
• Experience owning Rippling or a similar modern HRIS and building automation.
• Strong communicator with cross-team collaboration.
• Multi-country experience with PEO and EOR models (US, EU, UK, Canada).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding operations and the pre-start experience.
• Own and optimize Rippling instance, configurations, workflows, and integrations; build AI-native automation.
• Support the build and operation of people programs, including performance reviews, leveling, and recognition; administer benefits and employment changes.
• Run policy and compliance execution, including immigration and work authorization across countries Tribe operates in.
