Form-A-Feed Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance. This role partners with management to foster a positive culture and ensure regulatory alignment. You will handle employee relations, strategy development, and HR process improvements under the VP of Human Resources.

Qualified candidates have 3–5+ years in HR, HRIS experience, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting operations in Wisconsin.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, benefits administration or related field.
• 3–5+ years experience in HR, people management and administration.
• Experience with HRIS systems and administration.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive information; strong communication skills.

• Manage payroll processes and timekeeping with supervisors and employees.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Assist in benefits enrollment, data collection and cost analysis.
• Support compensation programs and annual reviews.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state employment laws and company policies.
• Advise on employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Develop HR reports and workforce analytics; assist special projects.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data; ensure confidentiality.
