DFA is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR programs under the HR manager. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with EEO/AAP and other regulations.

You will maintain HR records and respond to employee inquiries while upholding confidentiality and delivering excellent service to leadership and staff. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of generalist HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, proficiency with HRIS and MS

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in HR or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.
• HR certifications preferred (SHRM, HRCI).

Mansioni

• Administer the recruitment process for non-exempt and/or exempt positions.
• Coordinate requisitions, postings, candidate correspondence, interview schedules, and onboarding.
• Manage onboarding and payroll-related inquiries and records.
• Prepare EEO/AAP reports and other HR reporting.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, FMLA/STD, and leave management.
