Job summary

A2G International is hiring a Human Resources & Operations Generalist to own recruiting, HR administration, and operations on a small, collaborative team. You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, coordinate payroll and benefits, and help build scalable processes as the company grows.

You’ll partner with leadership, finance, and managers to ensure accurate HR records, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations, while wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR, business operations, or recruiting experience in a professional office environment.
• Hands-on recruiting and HR administration experience: you've posted roles, screened candidates, coordinated interviews, and supported onboarding.
• Professional polish: you're comfortable communicating with candidates, leadership, vendors, and outside agencies.
• Strong organization and time management; nothing slips through the cracks.
• High discretion handling sensitive and confidential information; compliant with policies.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office suite.
• Self-starter who works well independently without heavy oversight.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: manage full cycle from job descriptions to interviews and offers.
• HR: onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records and respond to benefits questions.
• Operations: coordinate travel, support payroll and timekeeping, and improve processes.
• admin: keep HR systems and records organized; assist in policy documentation.
