Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience with recruiting activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple HR processes and deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff at all levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for staff.
• Support benefits administration, including open enrollment, responding to employee inquiries, and coordinating with benefit providers.
• Assist with recruitment efforts by preparing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Provide guidance to staff on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
• Perform HR administration tasks such as data entry and coordination with payroll as needed.
• Handle confidential HR information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
