Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of professional HR experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support benefits administration and employee data management.
• Assist with recruiting, interview coordination, and new-hire processes.
• Help coordinate employee communications and HR programs.
• Partner with internal teams on various HR initiatives and projects.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
