Job summary

LPT Realty is seeking an HR Generalist to own the onboarding experience, serve as the first contact for entry-level employee relations concerns, and manage accommodation requests. The role also supports benefits, compliance, HRIS, and recruiting as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating pre-boarding, orientations, 30/60/90-day plans, maintaining compliant onboarding materials, and handling confidential case records with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, including onboarding and frontline employee relations.
• Working knowledge of federal employment laws including ADA, PWFA, FMLA, Title VII, FLSA, and I-9.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion and good judgment.
• Proficiency with an HRIS and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding through the first 90 days.
• Handle entry-level employee relations questions and issues.
• Coordinate accommodation requests under ADA, PWFA, and related laws.
• Support benefits, compliance, HRIS, and recruiting as needed.
• Maintain sensitive case records and HRIS data with confidentiality.
