Evlo AI in San Francisco is hiring an HR Generalist to own onboarding, benefits, compliance, performance support, and employee relations. You will partner with recruiting, finance, and managers to scale HR programs while keeping the employee experience personal.

• 3–6 years of HR generalist experience in high-growth tech.
• Hands-on with HRIS and benefits administration.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding: pre-boarding logistics, new-hire orientation, I-9/E-Verify, and 90-day check-ins.
• Administer benefits enrollment, leaves (FMLA, CFRA, disability), and open enrollment with brokers and payroll.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and documenting outcomes with guidance from Employment Counsel.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and produce headcount, attrition, and engagement reports.
• Support performance reviews, promotions, and coaching conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, California, and local employment laws; update policies and handbook.
• Run engagement surveys, recognition programs, and offsites with the People team.
