Job summary

Care Advantage is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate HR team in a full-time, hybrid/remote capacity. You will partner with leaders to implement employee-focused HR programs, manage benefits, LOA, and workers' compensation, and ensure a positive employee experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with employee benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leaders, guiding on policies and programs.
• Manage LOA programs, including FMLA, disability, state leaves, and accommodations.
• Oversee workers' compensation administration and claim processes.
• Administer benefits programs, enrollment, life event changes, and coordinator with providers.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations processes.
• Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and promote a positive culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide reporting and workforce insights.
• Support wellness, engagement, and safety initiatives.
• Assist with HR projects and organizational initiatives.
