Job summary

Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate HR team. This full-time, hybrid/remote role supports benefits administration, LOA programs, and workers' compensation while delivering a positive employee experience.

You will partner with leaders to promote a collaborative workplace, manage HR records, and provide workforce insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leaders.
• Manage LOA programs including FMLA and state leaves.
• Oversee workers' compensation administration and claims process.
• Administer benefits enrollment and education for employees.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations processes.
• Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and promote a positive culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide reporting and insights.
• Support wellness, engagement, and safety initiatives.
• Assist with HR projects and organizational initiatives.
