Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across a broad range of functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

The role supports the full employee lifecycle and collaborates with HR leadership and business leaders to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• At least 3 years of corresponding experience in a human resources department; healthcare setting is a plus.
• Current PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification is a plus; must be obtained within 1 year if not current.
• Excellent technical, multi-tasking and organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and guidance across all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, HR systems, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, workplace practices, and general employment questions.
• Support the employee lifecycle by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee development, internal movement, performance management, and separation activities.
• Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate and complete onboarding activities, ensuring new hires and transferring employees complete all required documentation, training, and system setup.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within the HRIS system while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
