Job summary

ACRT Services, Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist, People Operations to provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle.

You will collaborate with recruiters, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and other partners to ensure accurate records and timely transactions. The role includes managing background checks and pre-employment activities, delivering consistent HR services, and enhancing the employee and manager experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two (2) or more years of Human Resources, People Operations, HR coordination, or related experience.
• Experience with an HRIS, HCM, or similar employee information system.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Nice to have: Workday HCM and multi-state workforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day People Operations support to employees and managers, answering HR questions and service requests.
• Support hiring, onboarding, job and compensation changes, transfers, and separations.
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HR, and other partners to complete lifecycle activities.
• Maintain confidential employee information and HR records with accuracy.
• Assist with Workday transactions and routine HR process questions.
