Job summary

ALLNEX in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, benefits and broader HR operations for 100+ colleagues. You will partner with managers to deliver a positive employee experience across recruitment, onboarding and performance management.

This role requires 5–7 years HR generalist experience, 2+ years payroll/benefits, strong knowledge of HR laws, HRIS experience (SuccessFactors, ADP), and a collaborative, compliant approach.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HR Generalist experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Minimum of 2 years payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems; SuccessFactors, ADP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for the Alpharetta Regional Headquarters, supporting payroll and benefits administration.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, engagement initiatives, performance management, HRIS, and payroll support.
• Coordinate payroll changes related to hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation adjustments; reconcile payroll reports.
• Support benefits enrollment, open enrollment, communications, and benefits issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR records.
