Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Public Admin, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation and hiring activities.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary assessments.
• Coordinate pre-employment orientation activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and changes.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities.
• Administer leave programs including FMLA and ADA accommodations, and liaise with providers.
• Support performance evaluations and coaching strategies.
• Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist with policy development and communication.
• Maintain personnel files and HR records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Prepare reports and documentation for HR activities and audits.
• Maintain employee information in HRIS and generate workforce reports.
