You will assist in developing policies, coordinate recruitment, orientation, and benefit processes. The role requires strong knowledge of hiring, HR best practices, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in HR.
• Experience with HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administers HR plans and procedures at a designated location.
• Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies.
• Participates in setting department goals and systems.
• Monitors performance evaluation programs and revises as needed.
• Conducts recruitment for exempt and nonexempt staff and temporary employees.
• Conducts new-employee orientations.
• Assists with benefit meetings and enrollments.
• Supports employee relations.
• Attends administrative staff meetings and seminars.
• Evaluates reports and results; recommends improvements to policies.
• Coordinates with Corporate HR to ensure compliance with employment laws.
