Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our Macon, GA location. You will administer HR plans, support policy development, coordinate orientations, handle recruitment, and assist with employee relations to ensure compliant, efficient operations at the local level.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR (or equivalent), 2+ years HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in HR roles.
• Experience with HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.

• Proficient in MS Office and related tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR programs and procedures at the assigned location.
• Assists in developing personnel policies and procedures.
• Supports local branch goal setting and systems.
• Monitors performance evaluation processes and updates as needed.
• Conducts recruitment for exempt and nonexempt staff, students, and temporaries.
• Coordinates new-employee orientations and benefits meetings.
• Assists with employee relations and meetings.
