• Processes weekly payroll through Workday.
• Manages disciplinary actions and attendance records.
• Assists with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.
• Maintains job descriptions and HR records.
• Administers health and welfare plans and performance evaluations.
• Maintains training matrices and employee recognition programs.
• Provides administrative support as needed.
