Job summary

MS Shift, Inc. is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to drive HR operations, policy implementation, and employee onboarding.

You will manage recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives to support rapid company growth and SaaS/tech operations in the New York area. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 7+ years HR experience, and strong confidentiality and interpersonal abilities to support a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting functions in a SaaS/tech industry.
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding is a plus.
• Experience maintaining employee files and databases, plus employment law and administrative skills.
• Ability to confidentially handle sensitive information, including performance reviews and background checks.
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement employee hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee and facilitate all hiring initiatives such as processing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
• Develop and implement a structure to ensure new hires are integrating well into the team.
• Manage employee benefits such as healthcare and 401(k).
• Assist in the development and enforcement of all new and existing company policies.
• Maintain the record keeping of all employee data.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
