Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar.
• - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• - Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC requirements.
• - Experience with HRIS and MS Office.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• - Ability to work on-site daily at Jupiter, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities with a consistent experience.
• Provide support for employee relations and interpret policies.
• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) plans.
• Ensure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Oversee internship program including orientation and development.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and protect confidentiality.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate employee training and professional development.
• Assist with compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and merit increases.
• Manage leave requests and documentation (FMLA, disability).
• Conduct workplace investigations and documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics for leadership.
• Perform additional HR duties and special projects as needed.
