A growing technology company based in New York is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead systems and programs supporting the employee lifecycle. This role includes managing onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with US HR policies. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in People Operations within tech or SaaS environments. The position offers a competitive salary range and great benefits including medical coverage and generous PTO.

Competenze

• 5+ years in People Ops/HR Operations in a scaling SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience with HRIS tools, documentation, and process design.
• Working knowledge of US HR compliance basics.
