Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Ops/HR Operations in a scaling SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience with HRIS tools, documentation, and process design.
• Working knowledge of US HR compliance basics.

• Run onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience programs.
• Manage HR operations: policies, handbooks, HRIS workflows.
