All Access Media seeks an organized HR Coordinator/Generalist to support our Chicago team and build people operations in a growing media organization. The role covers onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage HR documentation, support employee relations, and help develop HR policies in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR coordination, HR generalist, or people operations roles.
• Working knowledge of Illinois and Chicago employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll and HR platforms such as Paychex, ADP, or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR questions, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and internal communications.
• Help develop and implement employee handbooks, HR policies, and company procedures.
• Coordinate payroll processing with external payroll provider (e.g., Paychex).
