Willow Wealth, a leading platform for private market investing, is seeking a People Operations Associate in New York. You will execute across HR functions including culture, onboarding, employee experience, and compliance to support our people-first strategy.

Reporting to the Director, People Operations, you will help drive performance management, benefits programs, and office operations while partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors to optimize processes and ensure scalable people

Qualifications

• True HR generalist experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in HR across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compensation/benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll and benefits processing accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Finance and IT and external vendors to optimize HR processes.
• Roll out performance, promotion, and compensation review processes.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to ensure smooth candidate hand-off to onboarding.
• Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws during hiring and termination.
• Develop, implement, and enforce compliant policies aligned with company culture.
• Engage employees on relations, culture initiatives, and process improvements.
• Benchmark and maintain compensation, benefits, and perks.
• Oversee office management, building work orders, and related admin tasks.
• Plan and support team events, happy hours, and holiday parties.
