As a People Operations Associate, you will be hands‑on in helping execute across many functional areas of HR such as culture & engagement, onboarding, employee experience, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, compliance, and office management.
Reporting to the Director, People Operations, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the HR team and help drive company performance and goals forward through a people‑first approach.

This is a New York-based role. The base salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for equity compensation as part of the total compensation package.
