TriEdge Investments is seeking a highly organized People Associate to enhance the employee experience across the full lifecycle. You will partner with employees, leaders, and external partners to support People Operations, talent initiatives, and organizational growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, People Business Partnering, or related roles.
• High integrity with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; tech-savvy with HRIS/payroll tools.

Responsabilités

• Drive onboarding, performance management, compensation, development, engagement, and other lifecycle programs.
• Support leadership with people reporting, analytics, headcount, turnover analysis.
• Coordinate equity administration with legal counsel and stakeholders.
• Facilitate visa/immigration processes with external counsel and hiring managers.
• Develop HR resources, presentations, communications, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and scalable processes.
• Oversee onboarding, welcome communications, benefits enrollment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and offboarding processes.
• Partner across the employee lifecycle to deliver a high-quality experience and escalate issues when needed.
• Lead offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment documentation.
