Willow Wealth is a leading private market platform in New York. We seek a People Operations Associate to help manage HR functions across culture, onboarding, compensation, performance, compliance, and office operations.

Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you will partner with Finance, IT, and external vendors. You will support payroll, benefits, reviews, and employee relations, while coordinating events and enforcing compliant policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR with a broad operations scope.
• Working knowledge of hiring, terminations, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits.
• Strong desire to manage office operations and organize events.

Responsibilities

• Assist payroll and benefits processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and vendors to optimize HR processes.
• Support rollout of performance, promotion, and compensation reviews.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on onboarding handoff from candidate to employee.
• Work with external counsel on HR compliance for hiring/terminations.
• Develop and enforce policies aligned with culture and compliance.
• Engage employees on relations, culture, and process improvement initiatives.
• Benchmark and maintain compensation, benefits, and perks.
• Manage office space, admin tasks, and building operations.
• Plan and support team events and celebrations.
