Job summary

Brookfield Place New York seeks an Associate, Human Resources to support HR for the Private Wealth business. You will partner with the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver high-touch HR services across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

The role covers employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, visas, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–4 years progressive HR experience, financial or professional services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Handle employee relations, compliance and documentation.
• Assist in performance management, compensation, benefits, and recruitment.
• Coordinate onboarding, visa processes, and HR projects.
• Maintain HRIS data and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
