Job summary

Safe Security is seeking a People Operations Manager to own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations and ensure compliant, scalable processes. You will partner with Talent, Finance, IT, and Legal to deliver exceptional employee experiences across a global workforce.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in People Ops, hands-on BambooHR/Leapsome, and experience with Deel for international hires. A proactive, customer-first mindset and strong analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in People Ops/HR Ops in high-growth tech/SaaS.
• Hands-on with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
• Experience with Leapsome performance management.
• Experience with EOR platforms (Deel) and global payroll.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure onboarding through offboarding with compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate employee records and audits.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and HR partners.
