Job summary

Ascertain is seeking a People & Operations Specialist to own recruiting and onboarding, and to support broader company operations, culture, contracts, vendors, and finance operations. The role requires organizational rigor, strong judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership, hiring managers, and employees to keep processes moving, ensure timely onboarding, and drive efficiency as we scale.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, recruiting, executive support, or business operations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ownership, judgment, and communication skills; able to manage projects end-to-end.
• Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day recruiting operations and onboarding workflows.
• Support contracts, vendors, and procurement processes; assist finance with invoices.
• Help shape company culture and events; manage vendor relations and renewals.
• Improve operational processes using data, spreadsheets, and automation.
