Job summary

Ascertain is seeking a People & Operations Specialist to own recruiting, onboarding, and broader operations. You will work with the Operations leadership to keep processes moving, from candidate sourcing to vendor management, while shaping culture and events as the company scales.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in related roles, strong organization, judgment, and communication skills, plus comfort with contracts, numbers, and HR systems. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, recruiting, executive support, or business operations.
• Experience at a fast-growing company or high-standards environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day recruiting operations and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, interviews, and background checks.
• Support contracts, vendors, and finance-related activities.
• Improve operational processes using data and AI-enabled tools.
