People Operations Coordinator: Recruiting & HR Operations

Job summary

LTi Technology Solutions is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to provide hands-on, foundational support across HR with a focus on recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. This role partners with external recruiting firms to manage candidate flow and supports employee experience and HR processes.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the coordinator will own administrative tasks, maintain files, assist with benefits, I-9/E-Verify, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR or recruitment-focused role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open priorities simultaneously and with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms and ATS — ability to administer, troubleshoot, and train others on systems; prior experience with HiBob and/or Paylocity a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Comfortable operating independently in a lean, fast-paced team environment — able to identify what needs to be done and execute without being directed
• Experience supporting full-cycle hiring coordination in a multi-requisition environment

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Coordination: manage job postings and candidate flow with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, managers, and HR.
• Arrange background checks prior to hire and maintain candidate data in the ATS.
• Send offer letters and manage pre-hire communications.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, paperwork, Day 1 setup, and orientation support.
• Complete I-9 verification and E-Verify processing for all new hires.
• Support new hire orientation with Sr. HR Generalist.
• Coordinate offboarding processes and exit checklists.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS data entry, and personnel files.
• Assist with compliance tracking and standard HR reporting.
• Maintain and update HR SharePoint with resources and communications.
