Job summary

Jump Trading Group is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our New York team, supporting US HR and Talent Development across onboarding, day-to-day operations, and early career programs.

You will automate processes, maintain data in Workday and internal systems, and collaborate with Recruiting, Legal, Compliance, and vendors. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent development, program coordination, campus recruiting coordination, HR operations, or related field.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.
• Experience with process improvement and driving efficiency.
• Ability to communicate across management levels and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Experience using AI tools for data consolidation, visualization, and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Split time between HR and Talent Development teams; support onboarding and operations.
• Identify gaps and automate processes to improve efficiency using AI tools.
• Maintain accurate data in Workday and internal tracking systems; support surveys and reporting.
• Build relationships with Recruiting, Workplace Services, Tech Services, and partner teams.
• Act as onboarding point of contact for new hires, improving the new hire experience.
• Coordinate administrative tasks including organizational changes, verifications, relocations, and performance cycles.
