Job summary

The HR SOURCE is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, Onboarding on a long-term contract to run a seamless onboarding experience for new hires in New York. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Benefits, HRIS, and hiring managers to ensure consistency and high quality across all onboarding activities.

You will manage end-to-end processes, orientation sessions, and serve as the main point of contact for new employees while maintaining compliance, documentation, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, employee onboarding, customer service, hospitality, operations, or another role requiring coordination of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities, projects, or operational processes while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through first day, ensuring timely completion of required tasks and documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate New Employee Orientation sessions, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and coordination with presenters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support.
• Monitor onboarding activities to ensure compliance with organizational policies and pre-employment requirements, including employment eligibility documentation and required onboarding activities.
• Maintain onboarding procedures, standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, and other operational documentation to support a consistent onboarding experience.
• Become an expert in our new hire platform, Jobvite Onboarded, to track onboarding activities and maintain operational records to support program oversight, and operational effectiveness.
• Develop a thorough understanding of onboarding processes and, over time, contribute recommendations to improve the efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of the onboarding program.
