Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, People Operations or similar administrative role.
• Experience managing employee records and confidential information.
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Data-driven with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multi-deadline prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, leavers.
• Prepare employment documentation and support compliance (I-9, background checks).
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and ensure data integrity.
• Act as first point of contact for People Operations queries.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Technology and external providers for smooth processes.
• Conduct audits and reporting to identify trends and improve data quality.
• Support system improvements, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance employee experience.
• Create and maintain process documentation for global People teams.
