Job summary

Gymshark in New York is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to own the employee lifecycle administration across the US. You will ensure accurate data, compliant processes and partner with payroll, finance, tech and external providers to support employees.

This hybrid role requires strong operational excellence, data-driven mindset and a proactive approach to improve processes and employee experience. You’ll work with diverse teams to deliver seamless HR services.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience within HR, People Operations or a similar admin role.
• Experience managing employee records and confidential information.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and Excel.
• Data-driven, organised and able to prioritise deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes and leavers.
• Prepare employment docs and support compliance activities (I-9, background checks).
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and ensure data integrity.
• First point of contact for People Operations queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Technology and external providers for smooth processes.
• Conduct regular audits and reporting to improve data quality and support decisions.
• Support system improvements, automation opportunities and AI-driven solutions.
• Create and maintain process docs to ensure global consistency.
