Job summary

Gymshark is hiring a People Operations Coordinator to own employee lifecycle admin across the US. You will ensure data accuracy, compliance, and seamless support by partnering with People, Payroll, Finance, Tech and external providers.

The role blends operational excellence with a drive for improvement and tech-enabled processes. You will manage onboarding, changes, and leaver processes, handle employment documentation, and support audits while pushing for automation and AI-driven improvements

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations or similar administrative role.
• Experience managing employee records and confidential information.
• Strong HR systems knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Data-driven mindset with high accuracy in handling data.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and leaver processes.
• Prepare employment docs and support compliance activities (I-9, background checks).
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems with data integrity.
