You will coordinate offer acceptances, screenings, and documentation, while maintaining records in AX, D365, and UKG. This role supports regional HR teams and ensures compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership toward a high-performance culture that values safety and engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years relevant work experience in HR or onboarding.
• Experience supporting construction or field employee groups preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach managers on company practices.

Aufgaben

• Manage full onboarding lifecycle from offer to first day.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings and documentation.
• Maintain employment records across AX, D365, and UKG.
• Audit and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policy.
• Support onboarding communications and regional collaboration.
