Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Austin, TX is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, compliance, and employee services across markets.

You will serve as a key contact for onboarding, benefits questions, and I-9 compliance, while maintaining accurate employee records with a servant-leader mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related administrative/operations role.
• Experience managing onboarding processes and I-9 compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding for new hires across assigned markets with I-9 compliance.
• Coordinating onboarding training, swag, and tech access; supporting background checks.
• Processing HR emails and VOEs/ W-2 requests within 24 hours.
• Maintaining accurate employee files and ensuring compliance.
• Supporting benefits enrollment and 401(k) communications.
• Coordinating unemployment claims and workers’ compensation documentation.
• Managing birthday/anniversary programs and recognition events.
• Providing data entry and administrative support to the People Operations team.
