Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a New Hire Coordinator in Florida to support the HR team with hiring and onboarding. The role involves coordinating offers, preparing letters and contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

The New Hire Coordinator will manage onboarding paperwork, assist with background checks, and maintain HRIS accuracy to support talent acquisition goals. This is a growth-focused role within a fast-expanding fitness company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Experience with HRIS and/or ATS.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the hiring manager and the candidate for all job offers.
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and communicate details about the offer package, including salary, benefits, and start date.
• Confirm or collect all necessary information from candidates to ensure HRIS is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documents.
• Answer candidate questions regarding the offer and employment terms.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, such as background checks and completion of new hire paperwork.
• Process new hire onboarding paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Manage I-9 forms, including E-verifications, in accordance with legal requirements.
• Support any other tasks and duties assigned by leadership
