Job summary

Hollywood Park in Inglewood, CA is hiring a People Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Payroll & Total Rewards, you will oversee HRIS data, onboarding administration, and workflow support to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years of admin/HR experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS such as Paycor or Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related administrative or HR experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Paycor or Workday is preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• People Operations & HRIS Support.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, compensation updates, and terminations.
• Maintain HRIS workflows to ensure timely and accurate updates across systems.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc HR, payroll, and people operations reports.
• Support onboarding/offboarding documentation and compliance steps.
