Catawiki, based in Lisbon, is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator to support a 700+ global workforce. In a hybrid role, you’ll cover full employee lifecycle tasks, maintain HR systems, and drive process improvements across HR, Finance and providers.

You’ll engage across countries, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and help deliver a seamless employee experience while upholding confidentiality in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in People Operations or similar roles.
• Fluent in English to a professional business level, both spoken and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• High degree of integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proactive and solution-focused mentality, willingness to go the extra mile.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a full range of day-to-day employee life cycle processes, including on-/offboarding, issuing contracts and amendments and first line support for employees’ requests.
• Ensure our HR system is up to date and maintained accurately.
• Responsible for preparing and sending employment agreements and change letters.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation, including policies and SOPs.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, benefits, leave etc.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law regulations and CBAs, with main focus on Portugal.
• Actively support the People Operations team in reducing administrative tasks via clearer processes and automation.
