Job summary

Continental Properties is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, HR Ops, and HR Business Partners, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

We offer a flexible/hybrid work environment; after onboarding, you may work remotely up to two days a week and collaborate with hiring managers, interview panel members, candidates, and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• One to two years of administrative HR experience preferred.
• Strong organization and time management, teamwork, attention to detail, customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Post and close jobs in ATS and niche job boards, schedule in-person and virtual interviews, and arrange candidate travel.
• Talent Management and Development: Assist with implementation of ongoing talent management processes and support You Belong Here (DEI&B) program.
• Team Member Onboarding: Draft offer letters, conduct criminal background checks, and facilitate onboarding and orientation of new team members.
• Additional Responsibilities: Prepare and manage expense reports, employee reporting, general administrative support, and perform other duties as assigned.
