Job summary

CXTEC is seeking a People Operations Manager to own the HR operational foundation, including relations, compliance, performance, compensation, HRIS governance, reporting, and process optimization. The role partners with leaders to design workflows and infrastructure supporting growth.

You will lead lifecycle programs, advise managers on performance, and ensure compliant, scalable HR practices while driving employee experience and engagement. Hybrid schedule in Syracuse, NY or Norcross, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with direct ownership across core HR functions.
• HRIS experience and reporting/analytics.
• Demonstrated ownership of HR programs built from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding with a consistent, world-class experience.
• Lead investigations, corrective actions and resolution processes for employee relations matters.
• Design compensation structures, salary frameworks and conduct annual reviews.
• Drive pay equity audits and alignment.
• Develop engagement programs and partner with leadership on strategy and priorities.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
