Datadog is seeking an HR-focused administrator to support onboarding, offboarding, and employee data maintenance across the full lifecycle. You will collaborate with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and managers to ensure a smooth and compliant hiring and onboarding experience while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

You will develop the internal knowledge base, support salary and stock administration, and help drive efficient processes in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
