Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking an HR/People Services professional to support onboarding, data maintenance, and employee life-cycle activities.

You will collaborate with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. In this hybrid US-based role, you will manage sensitive information, develop internal knowledge resources, and help drive payroll and stock administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions via the People Services Center.
• Own the administrative onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee data across the full life cycle and perform audits.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and hiring managers to streamline hiring and onboarding.
• Organize and maintain internal documentation and conduct regular audits.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge base resources to empower employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and support salary and stock administration.
