  • Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including sales, content, design, and product, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and insights for continuous improvement.
  • System Administration: Serve as a system admin for HubSpot, and other systems, supporting configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Enablement & Process Ownership: Own the Marketing Ops wiki and enablement library, support the development of SOPs and enablement materials for internal and external audiences, and own the BRD (Business Requirements Document) process.
Who You Are:
  • Undergraduate student graduating in May 2029 pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data analysis in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Detail‑oriented, with a passion for standardization and building repeatable processes (SOPs)
  • Strong interest in marketing operations, data analysis, data privacy and/or marketing technologies
  • Have experience building with AI tools and technologies (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to make processes more efficient and scalable
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • An innovative and creative thinker with an always‑learning and growing mindset
We’d love to hear from you if you:
  • Experience or familiarity in marketing automation tooling
