You will handle onboarding, benefits enrollment, and leave administration, ensuring compliance and accurate records while coordinating with managers and HR systems.

This role requires a service orientation, strong organization, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People Operations, Benefits Administration, or Leave Administration.
• Experience supporting onboarding and new hire programs.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Form I-9, and benefits administration practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People & Culture contact for new hires from offer acceptance through onboarding.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, documentation, I-9 completion, and onboarding activities.
• Communicate onboarding timelines, expectations, and first-day details to new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers, IT, and stakeholders to prepare incoming employees for a strong start.
• Facilitate or coordinate new hire orientation and support the transition into the organization.
• Conduct follow-up checks, maintain onboarding records, and identify opportunities to improve the experience.
